Creating a New Email Account

Open the Outlook 2007 Mail program
Click on TOOLS.
Choose Account Settings
From the Email tab, click on NEW
Choose the type of email account
Click Next
You have 2 options. Enter the basic information and allow the system to gather the rest, or manually configure.
Option 1.
Enter your name, your full email address and the email account password
Click Next
Option 2.
Check mark the button that says manually configure.
Click Next
Choose the type of email account.
Click Next
Enter your name
Enter the entire email address
Choose the type of email account
Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server your provider has given you
User name is most of the time, your full email address
Enter your email password
Click More Settings
Choose Outgoing Server to set any authentication
To make changes to the ports, click Advanced
