Creating a New Email Account

     If you have never set up an email account, the account wizard will auto start at installation
Your Name can be whatever you want it to be
Your Email address is your full email address
Click Next


     Change the Incoming (POP3) and Outgoing (SMTP) server to whatever your email provider has listed
Depending on your email provider, Incoming server username may need to be changed to the full email address
This system only autofills the first portion
Enter your email account password
Choose if you are using POP or IMAP
Click Finish
To make changes such as specify port numbers, continue to making changes.

Making Changes to an already existing email account

     From the Tools menu, choose Account Setup


     Select the email account you wish to change
Click Edit
You can also add additional email accounts from this screen by instead choosing New Account.


     In General
You can change The account name, The email address, The Incoming Server, The email account password, The outgoing mail server, and the user name/password for the outgoing mail server.


     In Incoming
If you need to set your incoming mail server port to a different number, the option becomes available if you check mark the box
You can choose if you want to leave a copy of messages on the server


     In Outgoing
If you need to set your Outgoing mail server port to a different number, the option becomes available if you check mark the box
